About

Keola Westcott
Strategist | Infrastructure Expert | Public Sector Leader | Non-Executive Director
Over the past 20 years, I have led multidisciplinary teams of 40 to 400 people across public and private sectors to shape, prioritise and steward high-value social infrastructure programmes. My work spans strategy, governance, organisational performance and service delivery, with a focus on creating lasting public value.
My expertise extends across health infrastructure, maritime, defence and Government sectors, where I take pride in navigating complex environments where policy, operations, community expectations and commercial realities intersect. Weightlifting and combat sports have shaped my journey in developing discipline, perspective and tenacity, and I draw from these skills every day.
Grounded in systems thinking and collaborative leadership, I enable organisations and teams to thrive with clarity, confidence and purpose.
My Values
Honesty. Integrity. Growth.
I lead with genuine investment in individuals, building trust and establishing an environment that promotes innovation, high performance and a seamless interface with industry partners.
